It is nothing but just a survey scam.Means you will be asked to do something before you can see the video,and finally you'll not get it.
Clicking on the link will take you to a following page asking for the permissions like a facebook app
If you click on allow,this message will be shared on your and your friends wall.So always take care before allowing any application for permission,this allows the developer to send messages,post to your wall,tag photos etc.
After this you will be taken to a page showing the video preview in the back side and asking to complete a survey before you can see the video.
If you see this link on your wall mark it as spam,and share this article with your friend,from who you got the link.
