Hey friends.....now a days most of you are enjoying google+ ,and social update is Updating you will the latest and important news,extensions and helps.
here we have come with a new extension called  Helper for Google+ it

Add extra functions to  the Google+. Get desktop notifications on new posts. Share Posts via twitter. Translate posts with Google Translate. Linked #hashtags. Search in posts and profiles directly from your omnibox.

This extension adds twitter and translate link to every Google Plus post.
 * Share Google+ Posts with people on twitter.
 * Translate posts with Google Translate to language specified by you
 * Notifier - Get desktop notifications on new posts, also with sound. (mouse over notification to freeze it)
 * Linked hashtags in posts for better search
 * Search in Google+ posts and profiles directly from your omnibox (address box), just type there"plus" (see screenshot) and type your search query. 

Known issues:
 * If you don't see the page action icon in your omni box - just reload the page.
 * If you don't see the *Tweet* link in Posts elements - just reload the page.
